A Product Risk Score:

  • Does not determine whether a product is safe or unsafe;

  • Does not predict individual outcomes;

  • Does not guarantee product suitability;

  • Does not establish causation between a product and any health condition.

Scientific understanding evolves over time, and product assessments may change as new information becomes available.

 

6. Medical Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained within Endora's website, platform, recommendations, questionnaires, reports, communications, or content constitutes:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychiatric advice

  • Mental health advice

  • Clinical assessment

  • Diagnosis

  • Treatment

  • Healthcare services

Emergencies

Do not use Endora in the event of a medical emergency.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency medical care immediately.

If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.

 

7. User Information

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through Endora is accurate, complete, and current.

 

Endora is not responsible for recommendations, assessments, or results generated from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by users.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available through the Services, including but not limited to:

  • Logos

  • Trademarks

  • Software

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Reports

  • Risk Scores

  • Methodologies

  • Algorithms

  • Designs

are owned by Endora or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from any portion of the Services without prior written permission.

 

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations;

  • Misrepresent your identity;

  • Interfere with platform security;

  • Attempt to reverse engineer the Services;

  • Use automated tools to scrape platform content;

  • Upload malicious software or code;

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDORA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY;

  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;

  • NON-INFRINGEMENT;

  • ACCURACY;

  • RELIABILITY;

  • AVAILABILITY.

ENDORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDORA, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, ADVISORS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES;

  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES;

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;

  • SPECIAL DAMAGES;

  • EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;

  • PUNITIVE DAMAGES;

ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • USE OF THE SERVICES;

  • RELIANCE ON RECOMMENDATIONS OR RISK SCORES;

  • PRODUCT PURCHASES;

  • PRODUCT USE;

  • HEALTH-RELATED DECISIONS;

  • LOSS OF DATA;

  • INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ENDORA'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ENDORA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Endora, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of applicable laws or regulations;

  • Your misuse of recommendations, reports, or platform content.

 

14. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
